The dongle should have been updated automatically. If it didn't, look for the Update Dongle icon and perform it automatically.

If you cannot find an icon, do the following:

1. Download and unzip the file below
2. Insert Dongle
3. Contact IT and have them click on the UpdateDongle program in the folder you just unzipped.
