Tool Data for MSC MillMax
MSC MillMax has had amazing results since its launch. We want to make sure we have the correct and necessary data required to deliver the most accurate results for your products. Below are Excel templates for each category with the required fields. If clicking on "Download File" does not automatically start the download, then right click on the file and click "Save As".

- You do not have to put everything on one spreadsheet. You can send us as many as you need.
- You can use inch or metric dimensions, but please do not mix them on the same spreadsheet. Use one or inch and another for metric. Use the drop down in the header to choose unit of measure:
- You don’t need to limit the products to only those sold by MSC. We can make your entire product line available whether they have an MSC number or not.
- On the endmill sheet, where applicable "No" is default so you only have to put "Yes" where appropriate. These attributes are vital and make a very large difference in the results.
- If your tools have a barcode label on the packaging, please include the output from a scan. The MSC Metalworking Specialists will be able to look up your products quickly with a barcode scanner.
- You do not need to include the MSC part number. We can cross reference your number and look them up.
- If you have more than one part number schema for your products, please use the one that is referenced on MSCDirect.com. You can check by looking on your items on their website.
- For toolholders, choose the style from the dropdown:
